VacayMatch: Your vacation is worth more.
A WhatsApp assistant for planning your vacation

The vacation that fits you, at the real price

Tell VacayMatch where and roughly when. It compares flights, hotels and packages across every site, the airlines and the hotels themselves, prices the same room from other countries, and comes back with the best options at the all-in price: taxes, resort fees and your bag included. Nothing waiting for you at checkout.

Free. No app, no sign-up. An AI assistant that answers in English and Spanish.

How it works

Three steps, one text at a time

Say where and when

Destination, dates and who's going. Flexible dates? Give a range and VacayMatch checks which days are cheapest to fly.

For example: "Cancun, mid-March, 5 nights, two adults and a 6-year-old". Open requests work too: "somewhere warm in March, under $1,500 for two".

VacayMatch compares

Flights, hotels, packages and things to do, and a rental car if you need one: Google Flights and Kayak, the airlines, Expedia, Booking, Hotels.com, Priceline, Vrbo, Costco Travel and the hotel's own site. Along the way it checks which country the hotel is cheapest to book from.

While it searches you get a short update, like "checking prices from 4 countries, half a minute".

Get the real price

The option that fits you best and the cheapest one, each with the all-in price (taxes and every mandatory fee), what's included (bag, seat, breakfast), the cancellation terms and a booking link. You book on the airline's or site's own page; VacayMatch charges you nothing.

Afterwards it can watch the price for you, remind you when check-in opens, and send tips for landing day.

What it compares

Everything that goes into a vacation, in one place

Every site VacayMatch can reach is compared: the big booking sites, the airlines and hotels themselves, the package sellers. The cheapest option is always shown first, even when it pays us nothing.

Flights

Airlines, Google Flights, Kayak and the booking sites. Nonstop or with a stop, with or without a checked bag, exactly as you asked, with Basic Economy called by its name and the price always including taxes.

Hotels and all-inclusives

Expedia, Booking, Hotels.com, Priceline and the hotel's own site, with resort and destination fees in the price, plus a check of which country shows a lower price for the same room and dates.

Packages

Flight + hotel from Expedia, Costco Travel, Southwest Vacations and the airlines' vacation arms. For Mexico, the Caribbean and Hawaii a package is often the cheapest way to go.

Things to do and cars

Tours, tickets and transfers (Viator, GetYourGuide and the parks' own sites), with free cancellation where it exists, and a rental car at the destination if you want one. Ideas arrive before the trip, and again after you land.

Which country is cheapest to book from

Same room, same dates, a different price per country

Booking sites show different prices for the same hotel depending on the country you browse from. The gap varies: sometimes twenty dollars, sometimes a few hundred per stay.

Before VacayMatch sends a hotel link it prices the room from several countries. If the US is already the cheapest, it says so and leaves it there. If another country's edition of the site is cheaper, it names it, says by how much, and explains how to book there with a VPN. It takes a minute, and the booking is made on the same site with the same account.

Anyone can book on another country's edition of a site. VacayMatch tells you the catches before you do: you may pay in another currency (your card can add a foreign-transaction fee), support may be in another language, and resident-only rates are skipped: never claim a residency you don't have.

  • Ireland$1,890 cheapest
  • Germany$2,190
  • Netherlands$2,260
  • United States$2,330
  • Illustrative example, 4 nights for two, taxes included.
Cheapest to book from Ireland · saves $440

Stop getting nickel-and-dimed.

Whoever books on the first site they open pays more, almost every time: a fare that grows with a bag and a seat, a resort fee that shows up at checkout, a rate that was lower one tab over. VacayMatch goes through every site, the airlines and the hotels themselves, and the little-known ways to the real best price: which country to book from, which days to fly, and when a package beats a flight and hotel booked separately.

The result: the option that fits you, at the real price, with nothing waiting at checkout. And after you book, VacayMatch stays on the thread for the whole trip: a reminder before you fly, an alert if the price drops, and tips on what to do there, before the trip and after you land.

Together

Found it cheaper? Tell us, and everyone pays less

VacayMatch is a joint effort: we chase the real prices, the ones that never make the first page, and you, the people who actually travel, see things on the ground that no search engine sees. Found the same trip for less? Tell us where: the site, the airline or the trick that worked for you.

We'll check it and add it to the search, whether it's a new site or a way we hadn't thought of. Next time you, and everyone who uses VacayMatch, get more out of the trip and pay less.

Straight talk

How VacayMatch is free

VacayMatch costs you nothing. When you book through a link it sends, the booking site pays us a referral fee. That fee never changes your price, and it never changes the order of the options: they are ranked by price and fit, and the cheapest comes first even when it pays us nothing (Southwest, Costco Travel and Airbnb never do). The chat says so, in one line, wherever a link appears.

VacayMatch is an AI assistant, not a travel agency: it does not sell, does not take payments and does not book for you. Your booking is with the airline, hotel or site you book on, under its terms. A person is always reachable at hello@matchofesh.com or by writing HUMAN in the chat.

FAQ

What people usually ask

How much does it cost?

Nothing. VacayMatch is free, with no sign-up and no credit card. You pay only for the vacation itself, on the airline's, hotel's or booking site's own page, at the price it shows. The booking site pays us a referral fee when you book through a link we sent; your price is the same either way.

Why not just search Google Flights or Expedia myself?

You can, and many people do, with fourteen tabs open at 10 PM. VacayMatch checks all of them for you, plus the airlines and hotels themselves and which country the room is cheapest to book from, and shows the option that fits you at the lowest all-in price it found. Stop getting nickel-and-dimed.

Is it a real person?

No. VacayMatch is an AI assistant and says so in its first message. It is good at searching, comparing and remembering what you told it, and it will tell you when it is not sure. A person reads every suggestion and complaint; write HUMAN in the chat or email hello@matchofesh.com.

Do prices include taxes and fees?

Always. Every price VacayMatch shows is the all-in amount as quoted by the booking site when it checked: taxes and every mandatory fee, resort and destination fees included. If a site shows a partial price and adds fees only at checkout, VacayMatch works out the full amount before showing it. Prices change, so the binding price is the one on the booking site when you book.

Rental cars, cruises, Disney?

Rental cars yes: say you need one and VacayMatch compares them and adds the car to the options at an all-in price. Cruises and theme-park tickets it can plan around and point you to, but it does not price cabins or park tickets itself; it tells you that and where to book.

Are you a travel agency?

No. VacayMatch compares, recommends and refers. Booking, payment, tickets, changes and service are handled by the airline, hotel or booking site under its terms. Details in the terms of service.

What happens to my data?

Only what is needed to help is kept: your phone number, the messages and the trip details you shared. You can ask to see or delete everything at any time, on WhatsApp or by email. VacayMatch never sells your data. See the privacy policy.

How does booking "from another country" work?

You book on the same site with the same account; only your browsing goes through a server in the cheaper country, using a VPN service. VacayMatch explains the steps when it matters, says up front how much it saves, and tells you the catches (currency, card fees, support language, resident-only rates to skip). If the US is already cheapest, there is nothing to do, and that is what you will hear.

When does VacayMatch message me on its own?

Only after you say yes, and only about your own trip: a price alert you asked for, a reminder before you fly, a check on whether you booked, tips before and after landing. Messages go out between 9 AM and 8 PM your time. Reply STOP and they end.
